Your order must have been placed within 90 days of the claim. This is to ensure that the seeds were stored appropriately and have not been compromised due to prolonged storage.

We only accept one claim per order. If you do not germinate all the seeds at the same time, the guarantee will apply only to the seeds claimed, not to the ones germinated in the future or past.

If the seed sprouts a tap root and dies it doesn’t qualify for replacement. 

You will need to provide photos of all ungerminated seeds alongside a photo of a newspaper front page clearly showing the date as proof of the claim date. This is a standard requirement to verify the timeline of your claim.
